<p>This Privacy Policy explains how VividForge AI ("VividForge AI", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App. This version is written for the current Android release of VividForge AI.</p>
<p>By using VividForge AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.</p>
<h2>1. Information We Collect</h2>
<p>VividForge AI is designed to support AI video and image creation, template browsing, generation history, and related app functions. The current release may collect or process the following information:</p>

<li><strong>Anonymous guest account and session information:</strong> The App can create an anonymous guest session so you can use the App without manually registering an account. We may store an access token, user ID, user display information, credit balance, membership state returned by our server, and similar session information needed to operate your account features.</li>
<li><strong>Device and app information:</strong> We may process basic device and app information such as app package name, app version, operating system version, language, platform, and an app-generated device identifier. The app-generated device identifier is derived from Android ID when available or from a random UUID fallback, then hashed and stored locally for service operation.</li>
<li><strong>Prompts and creation settings:</strong> When you submit text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, template generation, or related AI creation requests, we process your prompts, selected model, selected template, generation parameters, and task identifiers.</li>
<li><strong>User-selected media:</strong> When you choose to upload a photo, video frame, image, or other media for AI generation, the selected material is uploaded to our servers for processing. Camera photos and gallery selections are used only when you actively choose them.</li>
<li><strong>Audio input:</strong> If you choose to record a short audio clip or extract a short audio segment from a local video, the audio may be uploaded to our servers for AI generation or background music processing. Recording occurs only after you choose the audio feature and grant microphone permission where required.</li>
<li><strong>Creation history and task status:</strong> We process task IDs, generated result records, generation status, favorites, viewed status, deletion requests, save markers, feedback, and report information so the App can show and manage your creation history.</li>
<li><strong>App activity required for functionality:</strong> We may process template browsing, search keywords, selected categories, daily credit claims, credit ledger records, popup interaction records, version check results, and similar app operation data.</li>
<li><strong>Support communications:</strong> If you contact us by email, we may process your email address and message content to respond to your request.</li>

<h2>2. Information We Do Not Collect in the Current Release</h2>
<p>The current Android release is focused on core creation features and does not include advertising tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, or in-app purchase/subscription features.</p>

<li>We do not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, background location, or installed app lists.</li>
<li>We do not use recorded audio for voice recognition, speaker identification, or biometric analysis.</li>
<li>We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with advertising platforms for cross-app tracking.</li>

<h2>3. How We Use Information</h2>
<p>We use information only for app functionality, service operation, security, and user support, including to:</p>

<li>Create and maintain an anonymous guest session.</li>
<li>Submit AI generation tasks and process prompts, images, videos, and optional audio inputs.</li>
<li>Upload user-selected materials only when needed for the creation feature you choose.</li>
<li>Poll generation progress and notify you when a generation task is complete, if notifications are allowed.</li>
<li>Display templates, search results, discovery content, generation history, credit balance, and credit records.</li>
<li>Allow you to save, share, delete, favorite, report, or provide feedback on generated results.</li>
<li>Check app version and service availability.</li>
<li>Prevent abuse, protect service security, and troubleshoot technical problems.</li>
<li>Respond to support requests sent by email.</li>

<h2>4. Media, Audio, and Facial Information</h2>
<p>AI generation may require processing visual or audio materials that you choose to provide. If uploaded photos or videos contain faces, our systems or service providers may process facial features only to generate the requested image or video result, align effects, animate photos, or improve the generated output.</p>

<li>Media and audio are uploaded only when you actively select or record them for a creation feature.</li>
<li>Uploaded materials and generated results may be temporarily stored on our servers or trusted service providers for processing, result delivery, history display, troubleshooting, and deletion/report handling.</li>
<li>We do not use facial information for identity verification, face recognition, biometric identification, or law enforcement identification.</li>
<li>We do not share facial information with advertising platforms.</li>

<h2>5. Permissions Used by the App</h2>
<p>The current Android release may request the following permissions:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Internet and network state:</strong> Used to connect to our servers, submit generation tasks, upload selected materials, load templates, check task progress, and retrieve generated results.</li>
<li><strong>Camera:</strong> Used only when you choose to take a photo as input for AI generation. The App does not access the camera in the background.</li>
<li><strong>Microphone:</strong> Used only when you choose to record a short audio clip for creative generation. The App does not record audio in the background.</li>
<li><strong>Notifications:</strong> Used on Android 13 and above to notify you about generation progress or completion. You can deny or disable notifications without losing basic creation features.</li>
<li><strong>Foreground service:</strong> Used as a data sync foreground service to keep generation progress updated while a task is processing. It is not used for location, camera access, microphone recording, or tracking.</li>
<li><strong>Storage on Android 9 and below:</strong> Used only to save generated media to your gallery on older Android versions. On Android 10 and above, the App uses the system media storage mechanism.</li>
<li><strong>Vibration:</strong> Used for lightweight interaction feedback.</li>

<h2>6. Local Storage and Device Storage</h2>
<p>The App may store session data, profile snapshot data, task queues, recent selected media references, prompt history, and app preferences on your device. User-selected photos copied for creation workflows may be stored in the App's private storage area. Generated results that you save are written to your gallery or selected sharing destination.</p>
<p>The App excludes sensitive SharedPreferences from Android backup and device transfer where supported.</p>
<h2>7. Third-Party Services</h2>
<p>The current release uses Google Play and Android platform services for app distribution, app review prompts, app update support, Android permission handling, notifications, and media storage. Payments and subscriptions are not integrated in the current release.</p>
<p>The App also uses technical libraries for networking, image loading, media playback, UI display, and file sharing. These libraries support app functionality and are not used by us for advertising tracking in the current release.</p>
<h2>8. Data Sharing</h2>
<p>We may share data only as needed to provide the App's features:</p>

<li>With our servers and trusted service providers that process AI generation requests, media uploads, generated results, storage, or app operations.</li>
<li>When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our legal rights, users, or service security.</li>

<p>We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.</p>
<h2>9. Data Security</h2>
<p>We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS transport and access controls. The App's release network security configuration disables cleartext traffic by default. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.</p>
<h2>10. Data Retention and Deletion</h2>
<p>We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, maintain creation history, support account/session operation, troubleshoot service issues, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.</p>
<p>You may delete generated items from the App where deletion is available. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at the email address below. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.</p>
<h2>11. Children's Privacy</h2>
<p>VividForge AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.</p>
<h2>12. International Data Transfers</h2>
<p>Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region. We take appropriate steps designed to protect information wherever it is processed.</p>
